“बहुतबहुत बधाई शुश्रिकोमल नागर को, जिनके कार्यकाल मेहमारे स्टेट नेइतनी एतिहसिक प्रगतीकी है…अभूतपूर्व५ साल काकार्यकाल…और संचालककी इसी घोषणाके साथ पूराहाल तालियों सेगूँज उठा! औरजैसे ही सुश्रीनागर अपना व्यक्त्य्वव्यक्त करने आई, खुशी के आसूआखों मे झिलमिलाउठे! “ये सबआपके साथ औरसहयोग से हीसंभव हुआ है“..स्ंक्षिप्त शब्दो मेउन्होने अपना भाषणसमाप्त किया! आज कारकी तरफ़ लौटतेहुए कोमल कुछथका हुआ सामहसूस कर रहीथी, अनेकानेक उपलब्धियाँथी उनके नाम, कई सारे अवॉर्ड, प्रशस्ति पत्र….पर… पर मन बहुतडर रहा था..कई सारेसवाल ज़ेहन कोपरेशान कर रहेथे! यूँ तोउम्र के ३८वे बरस मेथी कोमल परफिर भी जबभी नयी जगहपोस्टिंग होती, इसी तरहपरेशान हो जातीथी वो..औरपरेशानी की वजहभी कोई शासकीयया प्रशासनिक नहीथी, वजह थीसामाजिक, यूँ तोएक उच्चधकारी होनेसे समाज मेउनका रुतबा…

बहुतबहुत शुक्रिया, आपसभी का रियाकी नयी उड़ानकी शुरुआत कासराहना करने का..और  शायद येजानने की उत्सुकताआप सभी कोहोगी की रियाकी नयी उड़ानसिर्फ़ सोच तकही सीमित रहीया उसने सचमुचसारी बाधाओं कोपार करके अपनाअधूरा सपना पूराकिया..जानते हैआगे क्या हुआ… आज रिया बहुतखुश थी, आजनन्हे परिंदे नेजो राह उसेदिखाई थी, उसकेज़रिए उसने पहलीबाधा तो पारकर ही लीथी..आज उसनेअपने आप सेये प्रण कियाथा की अबवो हर समयडिप्रेशन मे रहनेकी बजाय वोनयी राह तलाशेगी, और पुरानी बातोंका रोना रोनेकी बजाय अबवो इस बातपर ध्यान देगीकी वो क्याकर सकती हैऔर कैसे करसकती है!और वो जानतीथी की येसब इतना आसाननही है, परआज उसने पहलीजीत हासिल करली थी, औरवो जीत थी, “positive attitude” रखनेकी और येमानसिक तैयारी रखने की,…

रिया आज सुबहसे कुछ ज्यादाही उदास थी, यूँ तो ज़िन्दगीमें सब कुछठीक ही चलरहा था, दोप्यारे बच्चे , प्यार करनेवाला पति …परफिर भी कुछकुछ दिनों केअंतराल से रियाका मन खिन्नहो जाता था, लगता था ज़िन्दगीकुछ मैकेनिकल सीहो गयी hai, वहीघर का कामवही रूटीन…”अरे११ बज गए, अभी तो घरका सारा कामबाकि है औरशॉपिंग भी करनेहै कुछ जरूरीचीज़ो की …जैसेतैसे तैयार होकररिया ने सब्ज़ीऔर कुछ जरूरीसामान लेकर घरपहुंचि ही थी, मन एक बारफिर पुरानी यादोमें खो गयाथा ! शादीके १० सालोमे कई तरहके उतार–चढ़ावदेखे थे रियाने, घर कीलाड़ली रिया हरबात में ावलथी, पढाई लिखाईसे लेकर आर्ट, म्यूजिक, डांस हरविधा का हुनरथा उसके पास, और साथ हीमन मे इच्छाथी, ज़िन्दगी मेकुछ बनना है,…

We love India. We are the proudest Indian. We had the most enriched culture and higher aesthetic values. Our culture often labelled as an amalgamation of several cultures which has a profound impact on the world. No doubt, we had an ample example of “Unity in diversity”. Sometimes I asked myself, are we really a proud Indian? Especially, proud Indian women?  I think most of us will hesitate to answer as “Yes”? In spite of great technical and educational development during last few decades, Indian women are still struggling for their existence, respect and most importantly, for their safety. Summer fun is going to end very soon with the awesome memories. We all had a great family time with vacations and outing. But now it is the time to say a goodbye to carefree days and flexible everyday routine. “Back to school” season just ahead of us. Being a mom life is not easy. Motherhood has twenty-four hours a day, seven days in a week responsibilities. These constant responsibilities put a pressure on our mental and physical health. As mothers, we tend to neglect our emotional wellness unconsciously. Sometimes we feel discouraged with daily responsibilities of a job that seems never ending. Sometimes, we have dull and unhealthy skin and dry frizzy hair, but we did not put enough attention to them. Very often we know all the essential steps to taking care of ourselves but we wouldn’t be able to follow them. It is something that so hard to do at times and yet so vital.…

 Happy “Mother’s day” to all. Even though I believed a single day celebration is not enough to salute or acknowledge the importance of a person, who devoted her whole life to just make our life comfortable. But still, I loved the fact that we set aside a whole day to honour and celebrate the women who raised us. I am a typical quick, assertive, restless kind of person. I usually love to express a lot, I always had high-intensity emotions and I make decisions so quickly. I cannot stand board and feel lively when I speak or tell stories. I always love to share my emotions (it may be gratitude, happiness, even jealously) with my friends, but when it comes to family I believed “words cannot express our appreciation”. मुझे पता हैआप सभी indiaमे अभी गर्मियोंका लुफ़त लेरहे है औरकुछ हद तकपरेशान भी होरहे है औरयहाँ USA में हमबड़ी बेसब्री सेsummer की शुरुआत का इंतज़ारकर रहे है, ६–७ महीनोतक freezing cold सहने केबाद किसी festival से कम नहीं हैयहाँ गर्मियों कीशुरुआत, और गर्मियोंके शुरू होतेही शुरू होजाती है बच्चोकी डिमांड water park और  adventure park जाने की, इन्ही डिमांड्स केचलते एक दिनमेरी ८ सालकी बेटी नेमुझ से पूछा, “mumma, did you had enjoyed rides in your childhood ? मेंउसे हाँ याना कहती, उसकेपहले ही  rides यानी झूलेशब्द सुनते हीमन  बचपनकी सुनहरी यादोंमें खो गया| सचमुच अनोखा था वोबचपन और उसकीप्यारी यादें, मध्य प्रदेशके छोटे सेकसबे ( राजगढ़) में कितनाखुशहाल…
