Happy international women’s day everyone!

I am super excited to be a part of women’s day blog hop theme on “She: A Tribute to her” hosted by my dear friend Swarnali Nath. And looking forward to reading amazing posts from talented co-bloggers from blogsphere.

I loved the theme of blog hop.  indeed, it is great way to express our love and respect for those woman or women whom we love and admire much, and who have made our life journey pleasant with their competence, selfless care and affection.

Honestly, when I started brainstorming the ideas to write on this subject, I had one and only thought to write as that

“I want to honor and pay tribute to every woman on this international women day with my blog post. I believe, every woman is a great contributor to our society and doing their best to serve their family, community and county”.

So, A big cheer to all wonderful women out there who had shown incredible courage, strength and dedication to fulfilling their duties and responsibilities. A big round of applause for all those women who had fought many battles on various fronts every day and still stay strong to serve others. The heartiest thanks to all mothers, daughters, wives who have supported their families so well, in each condition.

All dear women you are the pillar of strength for society. You are the inspiration for so many.

You rocked various roles. You have achieved your dreams while helping others to do the same.

You are incredible,

You are powerful.

You are limitless,

Keep rocking, stay strong, support each other and be a role model for the upcoming generation.

So, on this international women’s day, I salute to every woman, young and old, whose stories on triumph, remain untold.

On this note, I am sharing 10 inspiring women quotes to uplift your mood and make the “International women’s day celebration” Joyble and inspiring.

All the quotes are so inspiring and powerful. My favorite is the fourth one, “Never apologize for being sensitive or emotional. Let this be a sign that you’ve got a big heart and aren’t afraid to let others see it. Showing your emotions is a sign of strength.”
    Loved the creatives too.

    • Dashy

This is a great collection, Surbhi! My favourite would be the one where we’re told not to apologise for being sensitive or emotional. Being sensitive myself, I’ve often considered this a weakness. But I understand that it is important to be unapologetically yourself, and to own the way we are. Thanks for sharing these wonderful quotes!

    • Daisy

Thankyou for writing this post about inspiring quotes from women. This is a capsule of motivation which can inspire women from all fields everyday. My favorite was by Nikita Gill which redefines the definition of beautiful for women!

  • Alpana Deo

Each and every quote is filled with positivity. But my favorite is the 6th one. Women often get in the trap of self-pity, self-doubt, body shaming. But we are way more capable than just addressed as pretty, beautiful.

  • Ranjini S

You have picked up such strong and relevant quotes. We have indeed come a long way and it is important that we pay it forward, everything that we learnt as women.

  • Swarnali Nath

All the quotes are relevant, strong and bold in their own way. But my favorite was number four, maybe because am running in such a state right now so it could make me feel hopeful to see a better tomorrow. But all of them are showing the courage to be our own. Thanks for sharing this collection.

  • Harjeet Kaur

All the quotes are so motivating. We should always believe in sisterhood, only then we can succed. This quote seems as if it was written for me…“And one day she discovered she was fierce, and strong, and full of fire, and that not even she could hold herself back because her passion burned brighter than her fears.” It suits my blog that I wrote for this bloghop

    • Rakhi Jayashankar

I read this post at the right moment. Just two minutes back I was heartbroken due to some instances and then I read this post. Wow I am feeling so good already. Thanks dear. You made my day

  • Archana

Great collection of powerful quotes Surbhi. I am totally into what Mrs. Hillary Clinton said, aim high, work hard and care deeply what you think, yes thats ok if you fail, remember; you are still able to muster the courage to stand back on your feet.

  • Harshita

I really enjoyed and felt inspired by reading all the quotes. I think my favourite would be Number5
“You are the one that possesses the keys to your being. You carry the passport to your own happiness. — Diane von Furstenberg
So often we look for external validation, forgetting that we are the ones responsible for ourselves

  • Rakhi Jayashankar

I read this post at the right moment. Just a while back I was feeling bad and vulnerable due to something someone said. After reading the quotes I am feeling so good because some of the lines felt like they were talking to me and trying to console me.

  • chinmayeecreations

This post is sure to boost the woman in all of us who is fighting every day to be heard and understood. All the quotes are amazing as they are said by famous women who made it big but my favourite quote would be No-6 that would be of Nikita Gill who inspires us to be all !

  • Sakshi

Amazing way to start of women’s day bloghop. All the quotes are befitting to the celebration and you have found a cool way to present each quote.
Since my topic for this blog hop is uplifting other women I choose to lean on no. 2 “The success of every woman should be the inspiration to another. We should raise each other up” – Serena Williams.

  • Janaki

Surbhi, thanks for tons of motivation. When I grow old, I really do hope to have wonderful stories of fearlessness to share with my grandchildren! 🙂

Wow… a nice collection you have there. I especially love this one… Failure is another steppingstone to greatness… My daughter is also doing a subject on wellness with regards to this. Im glad they are teaching them this now a days.

  • Ritu Bindra

An excellent collection of quotes, Surbhi. Difficult to choose a favorite since they are all so inspiring. I would go with Hillary Clinton’s. That has been something I have always try to follow in life too.

“Always aim high, work hard, and care deeply about what you believe in. And, when you stumble, keep faith. And, when you’re knocked down, get right back up and never listen to anyone who says you can’t or shouldn’t go on.”

  • Sinjana

You have compiled a great collection of quotes. I must admit that j thought these would be cliched but was pleasantly surprised by these refreshingly new thoughts. I liked the one by Amal Clooney the most. If i live to tell the tales to my grandchildren i sincerely hope that they shouldn’t be full of regrets and complaints.

  • Sameeksha

All the quotes are purely precious, inspiring, motivating, and boosting so much confidence. Really loved how precisely written words can impact so much. Thank you so much for this wonderful blog.

    • pythoroshan

These quotes need to be instilled in every woman. Showcased in work forces. It’s a simple concept for some but for many women who remain subjugated, these lines can be game changers.

  • Varsh

All these quotes are amazing! I loved the one by Oprah Winfrey. How precious we feel depends on our own perception, so why consider ourselves anything less than a queen? We’re all special!

  • Tina Sequeira

All wonderful affirmative quotes, Surbhi. I could relate the most with Amal Clooney’s quote and will be saving this post for future reference. Thanks for curating this and presenting it so beautifully.

  • Amritha Srinath

Wow Surbi, reading your post after a long time and I must say I am so glad I did!
These are all such powerful quotes, each of them sending messages to empower and motivate us women. Personally, I resonate with Serena William’s quote as I completely believe that for women to be strong, successful, it is the other women in her life who has to accepting, appreciating and supporting her! I also loved Amal Clooney’s quote and it will remain one of my favorites!

  • Shalini R
