Indeed a useful article to overcome Chronic Pain..but I wish it was as simple as is put across.I have been through one for a long time now and finally found relief after undergoing FMT !
I've had a bit of a backache for the past week and that made me feel truly sorry for people who have to deal with chronic pain. You made some useful points – I've experienced the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and regular exercise.
I had an experience of chronic pain in March this year when I suffered from knee pain which developed as a result of over-exerting during exercises. The knee pain was such acute it hampered my mobility. Depression and hopeless took over my mind almost immediately and it was quite tough to come out of it. It took around 3-4 months to subside.
I have been hearing and reading a lot about Blogchatter projects. I am really interested to know more about them.
Valid points there. Sleep and exercise, along with proper diet are essential for a healthy body.
