I am back with another baking recipe . After a good success of Double chocolate chip cookies and chocolate cupcakes, we have tried our hand on pancake recipes and after trying many recipes we have found a perfect recipe to make most fluffy pancake ever . 

As usual, the credit of this fluffy pancake recipe goes to my little one who is a smart Mini baker at our place.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 TSP baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Milk as needed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chip cookie, vanilla essence, cacao powder ( optional and as per your taste )


  1. Preheat Your Griddle or Pan: Start by preheating your griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat. This ensures that your pancakes cook evenly.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. This combination of dry ingredients is the secret to achieving that perfect fluffiness.
